Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible to handle the day-to-day assigned role in Sales & support collection team for key customers in Tamil Nadu and will work with all the departments to support business and win & keep profitable customers to help and ensure the annual sales revenue and profitability targets are exceeded. This includes but is not limited to the following â
⢠Responsible for meeting established sales quotas.
â˘Generating Orders/Follow up in enquiring.
â˘Maintains sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices and new products.
â˘Monitor competitorâs activity, new brands, buyers and trends within territory especially pricing.
â˘Work with the customer service team to coordinate sales activity and expedite order fulfillment.
â˘Investigate and help to resolve customer concerns promptly.
â˘Report and record customer order projections and their business trends.⢠Follow up on new programmes/product Development.
â˘Effective implementation of credit policy with timely collection of payments as well as necessary documents. Prioritize deliveries by careful understanding of urgencies.
â˘Prepare and manage annual budget & obtaining seasonal forecasts from respective factories.
â˘Follow the Corporationâs Code of Business Ethics and Values.
