ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
In this position, you will lead the segmental business development within Great China. You will work as the bridge between customer (brand-owners, OEM/ODM, converter, distributor, etc.) and internal team (R&D, production, quality, sales) to speed up the new market scoping, customer needs clarification, opportunity pipeline building, product spec-in / design-in. Improve customer experience and shorten troubleshooting cycles.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
● Develop and execute overall segmental business strategy for durable business.
● Investigate and summarize market dynamic/trend, value chain, competitor landscape, customer
segmentation. Defines product solution value proposition
● Build the business opportunity pipeline and drive NPD activities to ensure sustainable business growth.
● Close cooperation with cross functional teams including R&D, commercial and other supporting teams to
guarantee the commercialization of new products, as well as end-user satisfaction of.
● Work with other business divisions and global teams for cross-regional and global customer / end-user
business development.
