ABOUT YOUR ROLE
- Lead and manage the PPC team in order service, production material planning, inventory control, capacity planning and production scheduling.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Own and drive team performance on key local supply chain and service metrics
- Work with global supply chain team and customers to ensure stable supply.
- Strategically plan, manage, monitor and optimize production capacity (including machine and labor) to meet market requirements and productivity goals.
- Strategically plan, manage and monitor inventory to align with overall service and cost objectives.
- Initiate and drive saving and improvement projects to achieve continuous improvements in service, efficiency, productivity and inventory.
- Build high-performance and diverse team to provide a good & professional service to internal & external customers.
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to foster skill development and engagement.
- Manage and lead the team to comply with company rules, EHS requirements and trade compliance.
- Review, optimize related work flows, SOP and WI and update related documents from time to time.
- Other task assigned by Supervisor.
