As a Maintenance Technician, you will own the reliability of our equipment and facility. You won't just apply "band-aid" fixes; you will dive deep into root-cause analysis to ensure long-term operational uptime.
Shift: 10AM-6PM, Mon-Fri
Primary Responsibilities:
Advanced Troubleshooting: Locate and diagnose failures in complex electrical systems, automated machines, and conveyor systems using schematics and precision instruments.
Electrical Mastery: Repair and install motors, PLC systems, DC drives, and 3-phase power circuits while maintaining strict safety and grounding standards.
Mechanical Uptime: Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on pneumatic tools, production machinery, and plant utility systems.
Collaborative Support: Partner with engineers and production teams to suggest process improvements and explain technical repairs to non-technical operators.
Facility Oversight: Maintain shop equipment per OSHA regulations and manage facility systems, including HVAC and plumbing as needed.
