Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:45 PM – 8:00 AM (Sun-Thurs)
Pay: $24.16/hr plus $2/hr shift differential

Your Role at Avery Dennison: As a Technical Pilot of our finishing assets, you will be responsible for the heartbeat of our production line. You won't just run a machine; you will master it.
Lead Performance: Perform precise machine setups and changeovers to meet production goals.
Troubleshoot with Curiosity: Identify root causes of malfunctions rather than applying "band-aid" fixes.
Commitment to Quality: Inspect products against strict specifications to ensure a "zero-defect" output.
Safety & Teamwork: Maintain a safe environment and collaborate with your team to improve site health and efficiency.
Inventory Flow: Use forklifts and digital tools (MFG Pro) to manage material movement and data entry.
