ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manufacture quality blow molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, and sub-assemblies using various tools and equipment while maintaining compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and Company safety standards.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on building equipment, ensuring good quality and safe operation.
- Assist in training employees and coordinate with supervisors on scheduling and project assignments.
- Operate power equipment and material handling equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.) as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production personnel to resolve manufacturing problems and report any shortages of parts, tools, or materials.
- Complete daily time accounting, payroll information, and other required documentation.
- Perform all tasks with minimal supervisory assistance, demonstrating proficiency in using precision measuring equipment and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
