🎯 Your Mission: Redefine Luxury
As Head of Category RoF (f/m/d) you act as the business owner of your category – with full responsibility for strategy, performance, and operational success.
What you will do:
🧭 Strategy & P&L Ownership
- Develop and execute a 12–24 month plan with clear KPIs (inventory, demand, ARPA, MRR, etc.)
- Own the P&L: revenue, margin, and ROI of commercial and marketing investments
- Define pricing strategies and value-based packages together with GTM & Sales
🏗️ Supply Growth & Customer Success
- Expand exclusive listings in key markets
- Collaborate closely with sales and field teams to attract high-value agencies
- Ensure the highest listing quality (imagery, translations, content)
📣 Demand Generation & Brand Positioning
- Execute targeted B2C marketing and SEO/SEA initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team
- Build and position the category as the benchmark destination for real estate properties
- Develop national and international traffic strategies
💡 Product & Customer Experience
- Work with product and tech teams to optimize the user journey
- Develop and pilot new features (e.g. AI staging, high-res media, call tracking)
- Bring customer feedback into continuous product development
🤝 Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead regular category reviews focused on KPIs & OKRs
- Coordinate resources from Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Analytics
- Own budget and strategic planning for the category
