You own the commercial trajectory of Immoweb’s agency business. Your objective is to build and orchestrate the commercial engine that will strengthen market leadership, accelerate monetisation and support our long-term growth ambition. You will operate at the intersection of Product, Tech, Sales, Pricing and Finance — ensuring what we build, how we price it and how we sell it are fully aligned. Your decisions will directly influence performance, competitiveness and strategic positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Offer Design
Define and own the long-term commercial strategy for agencies
Design packaging, pricing logic and portfolio priorities
Lead the successful launch of new commercial offers
Ensure strong business case discipline and revenue steering
Monetisation & Growth
Identify structural growth levers across segments
Balance value capture with competitiveness and supply dynamics
Translate market insights into clear commercial decisions
Product & Roadmap Alignment
Translate commercial opportunities into product priorities
Align roadmap decisions with monetisation logic
Represent the Belgian market voice internally
Sales Enablement & Launch Excellence
Lead end-to-end commercial launches
Equip Sales with clear positioning, training and objection handling
Ensure strong field execution and adoption
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Own performance tracking and commercial KPIs
Diagnose underperformance early and drive corrective actions
Maintain strong feedback loops between Sales, Product and Pricing
