You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- 2+ years of experience leading or supporting business process improvement initiatives.
- Strong familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma methodologies, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced knowledge of process mapping, modeling, and business process reengineering.
- High proficiency with process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
- Practical experience applying innovation frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence customer experience through process transformation.
- Knowledge of Change Management techniques and experience participating in research and innovation processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to work effectively across teams is required
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1+)
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of process improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Identify inefficiencies and apply structured improvement frameworks to standardize and optimize workflows.
- Ensure cross-functional teams align with newly defined processes, standards, and best practices.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and phases of improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope and project plans.
- Drive optimized and consistent execution of process transformation projects to enhance customer and stakeholder experience.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify operational pain points and implement scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Monitor process performance and quality metrics to ensure long-term sustainability of implemented improvements.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the company.
