- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field is desirable.
- A Master鈥檚 degree in Business, Technology Management, or Public Administration is preferred.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in consultative sales to the public sector (B2G), preferably in technology, cloud services, or software development.
- Demonstrated track record of managing high-value government accounts and leading public procurement or bidding processes.
- Experience in presenting and selling complex digital transformation and cloud-based solutions.
- Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills for high-value contracts.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present to senior government officials.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving with a focus on results.
- Relationship management and stakeholder engagement at executive levels.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of public sector dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud, AWS or Azure products and services.
- Expertise in public procurement processes and government technology adoption.
- Ability to design tailored value propositions for the public sector.
- Skilled in competitive analysis and market positioning strategies.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities within the government sector by analyzing institutional needs, priorities, and challenges.
- Establish, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in government entities, serving as the primary liaison between the client and the company.
- Design and present tailored software and cloud-based solutions that address public sector requirements, clearly articulating value propositions and measurable benefits.
- Lead and manage contractual negotiations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and securing agreements aligned with both client objectives and company goals.
- Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets for the government sector, contributing to the company鈥檚 overall growth strategy.
- Manage and expand existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction, proactively identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams鈥攕uch as solution architects, strategy, product development, marketing, and support鈥攖o ensure seamless solution delivery and client success.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government policies, procurement processes, and regulations that influence technology adoption and procurement.
- Analyze market and competitive trends to strengthen the company鈥檚 positioning and develop strategies for differentiation in the public sector.
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports detailing sales performance, forecasts, and public sector market developments.
