Oversee portfolio performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement solutions to maximize asset value.
Direct auction operations, including scheduling, asset listing preparation, vendor coordination, and post鈥慳uction transaction management.
Monitor market trends to inform pricing strategy, portfolio positioning, and operational planning.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, providing strategic updates, insights, and recommendations.
Prepare and present clear, actionable reports to internal leaders, clients, and external stakeholders.
