Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineer for Cboeâs Cloud Operations team. The Cloud Operations team is responsible for building and operating Cboeâs cloud-based applications, including products supporting both clearing, exchange, and data solutions platforms. This role is focused on execution, automation, and supporting infrastructure solutions for cloud-native applications. Cloud Engineers are expected to participate in project delivery, contribute to team processes, and grow their technical depth through hands-on work and collaboration.
The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in a breadth of infrastructure disciplines, including network design, system administration, storage management, security policy implementation, virtualization, and process automation.  The candidate should be able to build secure cloud infrastructure, support application runtime environments, and collaborate with engineers at all levels. The candidate should also be proactive, able to troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain automation scripts/tools.

Our pay ranges are determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, role, experience, level, and location. The national new hire base pay range for this job in the United States is $119,000-$147,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum base pay the company expects to offer for new hires working in the position full time. If you live in one of the following areas or if you work in a Cboe office in the following areas, the range may be higher according to the geographic differentials listed below:
