PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $199,300.00-$243,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $155,200.00 - $288,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. As theDirector of Technology â DevOps & Release, you will play a critical role inadvancing BECUâs mission by modernizing the tools, platforms, and engineering practices that power secure, reliable, and highâquality member experiences.
You will leadour DevOps, Release Engineering, and Developer Experience teams in creating an ecosystem that makes it easier, faster, and safer for engineers to build and deploy software. Through your leadership, you will deliver intuitive, modern solutions that reduce friction, elevate engineering excellence, and unlock innovation across the credit union.
You will drive the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines, automation strategies, and engineering workflows. In close partnership with Technology, Product, Security, Risk, and Compliance, you will ensure our platforms balance agility with the stewardship, safety, and trust our members expect.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.Â
7 years of people leadership experience, with experience working within or supporting DevOps, SRE and/or Cloud operations teams.
Experience leading technology teamsrequired.Â
8 years of information technology experience withdemonstratedexpertiseinDevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation with hands-onexpertisein CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code(IaC)and configuration management.
Domain experience withfinancial products(i.e.Credit Card, Mortgage, Auto Loan, Deposits, etc.)required.Â
