Years 1-4 (Practical Work as Data Analyst + Leadership Development Phase)
Collaborate with business units such as sales and operations departments to support pricing operations and profit margin improvement proposals with data insights.
Build predictive models for customer retention, fraud detection, failure and loss rate prediction, and more
Analysis of structured and unstructured data on contract sales, customer behavior, breakdown and loss rates, product performance, etc.
Create and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Compliance with Japan's Personal Information Protection Act and Internal Policies
Mentoring young analysts and helping to build team best practices
Year 5 onwards (Work as team leader / department head)
Formulation and execution of the strategic vision of the Data Analytics Office
Management and lead of the Data Analytics Office
Promote analysis projects from requirement definition to implementation of measures and effect measurement
Collaborate with executives and IT to align data strategy with business goals
Lead the establishment of data governance structure, infrastructure improvements, and internal data literacy
