Are you interested in a part-time position in a dynamic and international setting? We are currently looking for a student worker to support the Danish Financial Lines Underwriting team. Today, the team consists of 8 underwriters and 2 students. The position is based in Copenhagen and primarily focuses on assisting our Danish underwriters, but spans across the Nordic Team. The position will include work as preparation of data and validation prior to risk assessment, light underwriting within the following insurance products: Directorâs and Officerâs Liability, Employment Practise Liability, Crime, and Professional Indemnity on commercial accounts and invoicing, ensuring great service of clients and brokers along the way.
This role will contribute to the growth of the Nordic Financial Lines Division and you will be working in close contact with the Underwriters. The job comprises of contact with both internal and external stakeholders, as we strive to provide the best possible service to our brokers and clients. This is a part-time position for a person currently studying in university. For strong performers, there will likely be openings after the completion of studies.
Key Responsibilities;
Administrative tasks such as booking insurance policies, uploading documentation, and securing strong compliance
Assisting Underwriters in the daily service of clients and brokers
Light underwriting and handling of renewals and new business submissions
Cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders to service our clients in the best possible way

Is structured, service oriented and pays strong attention to detail
Studies at university, preferably within business administration/economics or business law
Has verbal and written fluency in both Danish and English
Is a good communicator
Has an understanding of financial statements
