Polène, founded in 2016, is a French leather goods house distinguished by its exceptional artisanal craftsmanship, creating timeless pieces with an organic design directly inspired by nature.

The Osaka Umeda Hankyu store will operate in a high-traffic department store environment, and we are looking for experienced professionals capable of delivering exceptional service to a demanding clientele.
Ensure alignment with your team in deploying Polène’s strategy, particularly regarding excellence in client experience, through exemplary leadership and close coaching.
Energize the team to foster collaboration and a strong sense of belonging, from onboarding through training follow-up and skill development.
Define and drive individual development priorities aligned with commercial objectives.
Identify team successes and areas for improvement and implement action plans.
Create and manage schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage.
Monitor key sales indicators and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Lead daily morning briefs to maintain excellence and team engagement.
Ensure Polène’s client experience pillars are consistently applied.
Oversee openings and closings, merchandising follow-up, and compliance with procedures and safety standards.
Analyze traffic flow and client profiles to optimize zoning and staffing.
Manage after-sales and client relations issues to protect the Maison’s image.
Build strong client relationships and deliver a distinctive Polène experience.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within luxury or leather goods retail.
Previous management of a team of 5–10 people.
Strong passion for craftsmanship and client experience.
Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
Ability to thrive in a high-traffic boutique environment.
