About The Role
Weâre looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada.
Reporting to the Director, Integrated Marketing youâre going to be a part of a team that sitsat the intersection of Brand, Product, and Performance. You will be the architect of our narrative, responsible for defining why users should choose KOHO and how we tell that story across every touchpoint.
In this people-manager role, you will lead the strategy for major brand-building campaigns and product launches, orchestrating efforts across partnerships, digital media, OOH, PR and more. You will act as the bridge between our product roadmap and market presence, ensuring our positioning is sharp, data-backed, and deeply connected to our users' needs.
Brand Positioning & Value Proposition: Own the brand narrative. Define and refine KOHOâs positioning in the market to ensure we stand out in a crowded fintech landscape.
Integrated Campaign Strategy: Develop and lead brand-building campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition. Orchestrate cohesive execution across varied channels including digital media, OOH, PR, partnerships, influencer channels and more.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership: Design and execute GTM strategies for new product and feature launches to increase user engagement, retention and profitability.
User-First Advocacy: Champion a "user-first" mentality. Demonstrate a deep curiosity for our user base by leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform all marketing strategies.
Analytics & Optimization: Utilize strong analytical skills to set KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize spend/efforts for maximum ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Creative, Affiliate, Social, and Performance teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
Strategic & Analytical: You can build a high-level strategy, execute seamlessly and also dive deep into the data to prove whatâs working.
A Storyteller: You know how to translate complex product features into compelling consumer benefits.
Collaborative Leader: You excel at aligning multiple stakeholders and driving projects forward without friction.

The budgeted salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 CAD / year.

Leadership Go-to-Market (GTM) :
Concevoir et exĂ©cuter des stratĂ©gies de mise en marchĂ© pour les lancements de nouveaux produits et fonctionnalitĂ©s afin dâaugmenter lâengagement, la rĂ©tention et la rentabilitĂ©.
Orientation utilisateur avant tout :
