We need Account Executives who arenât afraid to sell into SMBs and Upmarket accounts while traversing broker influence and involvement.If you don't shy away from hustle culture and care about the state of healthcare in our country, this may be your sign. Our sales team busts their tails, hits ambitious goals, and celebrates big wins. We care deeply about solving problems for employers and their staffâand we expect you to.
What youâll do:
- Own your territory. From prospecting to close, youâll own the full sales cycle and build pipeline.
- Listen like a pro. Ask smart questions, learn what issues our clients need solving, and map our solution to their needs.
- Become an expert on our model, pricing, and why Vitable beats traditional plans.
- Work like a teammate. Communicate quickly, take feedback, and keep culture at the center.
Rampâup plan
- 30 days: Learn the mission, culture, and sales playbook. Understand our ideal customer, their problems, and our sales methodology and appreach getting a good feel of our products. Then you'll start prospecting, running unqualified discovery calls, and shadowing our top reps.
- 60 days: Nail your discovery process, forecast accurately, and build pipeline. Understand pricing and deliver executive summary calls.
- 90 days: Master prospecting, our products and pricing, and know how to build qualified pipeline.
- 120 days: Master your presentation and closing game. Run proposal calls, close deals, and move fast. You're now ramped and ready for the big leagues.
What you bring to the table
- 4+ years exceeding quota as an AE.
- Attention to Detail. You know if you can't do the little things right, you'll never do the big things.
- Coachable. You know you're never done being better. You're open-minded to others approach to excel at work
- Excellent listener. You respond after youâve heard everything.
