We're seeking a relentless Sales Engineer to aggressively expand Bosch's footprint across 14 North West African countries. This is a pure hunting role: identify, engage, and close new customers and projects.

The main responsibilities and tasks will be as follows:
- Aggressive New Customer Acquisition: Actively prospect, and generate a robust pipeline of new leads within unpenetrated markets, emerging sectors, and modernization projects.
- Full Cycle New Business Sales: Own the entire sales process for new accounts, from initial outreach and qualification to technical presentations, proposal development, negotiation, and closing new deals.
- Technical Consultative Selling: Understand new customer technical needs and position Bosch solutions as the preferred choice, crafting compelling techno-commercial offers.
- Market Penetration & Expansion: Drive Bosch's market share growth by securing new accounts and developing business in previously untapped industries and regions.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records for new opportunities, ensuring proactive pipeline development and precise sales forecasting for new business targets.
- Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on emerging needs, competitive landscape, and new opportunities to inform sales strategy.
- Regional Travel: Conduct frequent on-site visits, product demonstrations, and technical seminars throughout the region to secure new business.
