Get to Know the Role
As the Learning & Inclusion Manager, you will lead complex, cross-team projects that directly create the following outcomes:
- Build core employee capabilities: Equip Grabbers with critical human and AI skills that accelerate high performance, adaptability and growth.
- Unblock team velocity: Increase speed and quality of decisions by identifying and removing systemic blockers.
This is a regional, individual contributor role, and you will report to the Head of Learning & Inclusion.
Grab has 5-day onsite working practice.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Scope and prioritise problems to solve: We handle complex, ambiguous problem spaces that often don't have clear solutions. You are expected to create clarity for yourself and others by defining the most impactful problem to solve and the best approach, even with imperfect data and context.
- Define solutions: Design high impact, scalable interventions to solve prioritised problems - including nudges, skilling interventions, system enhancements or other change initiatives. In this process, you will quickly experiment, iterate ideas based on insights, before scaling.
- Lead implementation with cross-team stakeholders: Partner stakeholders of different teams and seniority to implement the solutions. You will influence and negotiate for agreement; challenge others constructively to raise the quality of ideas and decisions; while holding yourself and others accountable for committed outcomes.
