What you get to do in this role:
You will manage a team of Sales Executives, driving business into our customer accounts. This will be achieved through leading the team of鈥疭alespeople鈥痶hroughout Sales cycles.
- You will lead a team of field-based sales representatives in a matrixed sales organization. Whose goals are to: exceed quota, build territory revenue, and prospect and close named accounts against established competition through individual initiative.
- Assign and manage your team's territories or accounts.
- Manage a group of field sales representatives.鈥疘nspire and provide recommendations on growth opportunities and target accounts.
- Establish relationships with all levels of customer organizations and sales departments and partners.
- Implement account strategies and coordinate team-selling efforts with the core selling team for a portfolio to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage all ServiceNow opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and communication.
