Get to Know the Role
As the Commercial Sales Process Lead, you will lead the design, governance, and optimization of the regional lead-to-cash process across commercial products.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you will shape how our sales organization operates at scale. You will integrate AI-driven sales tools, CRM systems, automation, and analytics into everyday workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making.
You will be the bridge between commercial strategy, and technology enablement โ ensuring that our sales processes are scalable and future-ready.
You will be based fully on site in Jakarta.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Oversee and improve the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process across markets and products
- Improve adoption of AI-powered sales tools to enhance pipeline visibility, lead prioritization, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to embed automation and experienced workflows into the commercial process
- Identify opportunities to use predictive analytics and AI insights to improve conversion rates, sales velocity, and revenue realization
- Design and implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and guides to standardize commercial best practices
- Translate commercial strategy into structured workflows supported by CRM and AI-enabled systems
- Lead projects to remove friction in the sales cycle and improve operational efficiency
- Facilitate partner workshops to agree on process design, prioritization, and technology roadmap
- Be a central contact for sales process and sales tools transformation initiatives
- Provide leadership visibility on commercial performance metrics and process optimization opportunities
