The Senior Solution Sales Executive - Core Business Services is responsible for driving the market success of ServiceNow鈥檚 Core Business Workflows portfolio, built on the ServiceNow AI Platform and market-leading Service Management capabilities.
Core Business Workflows enable organizations to standardize, automate, and scale mission-critical operations across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Global Business Services, extending value beyond traditional IT and employee use cases.
By uniting AI, data, and workflows on a single cloud platform, this role helps customers establish a single source of truth, improve operational resilience, and accelerate enterprise-wide digital transformation.
This is a specialist solution sales (overlay) role, working closely with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and partners to shape territory strategy, drive demand, and help customers realize the value of digital transformation.
The role covers Finland and the Baltics, supporting enterprise customers across multiple industries.

- Drive strategy and solution success for Core Business Workflows within your assigned territory
- Support territory and account planning to improve vertical alignment, use-case targeting, and execution
- Partner with Account Executives to provide solution strategy throughout the sales cycle
- Ensure opportunity strategies align with Now Value principles, including business case and ROI articulation
- Help customers envision the value of AI-driven workflows and digital transformation in partnership with customers, account teams, and ecosystem partners
- Interlock with Solution Consultants and Specialist Consultants on solution positioning, capability roadmaps, and deal strategy
- Coach Account Executives, ADRs, and partners with foundational Core Business Workflows knowledge to identify and progress opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex operational challenges into measurable business outcomes
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with the wider organization
