Your tasks:
► Manage order processing in SAP, including orders, claims, contracts, and customer data
► Serve as key customer interface, providing top-quality support for business and agency sales
► Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution
► Oversee order-to-invoice processes and ensure system compliance
► Support S/4HANA implementation as order fulfilment role expert
► Promote process standards, drive improvements, and perform sales controls via Celonis
