Follow sign-in and sign-out procedures for master cards, keys, mobile phones, ladders, and equipment.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) in guest rooms, apartments, and assigned areas.
Attend promptly to plumbing requests from guest rooms, apartments, and the RSM system.
Inspect, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, taps, valves, and water heaters.
Take and record plant room readings at the required intervals.
Complete PPM checklists accurately and carry out maintenance according to the approved schedule.
Perform scheduled maintenance on sump pumps, booster pumps, water heaters, and pressure-reducing valves (PRVs).
Conduct regular plant room inspections and keep work areas clean, tidy, and accessible.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe working procedures.
Report hazards, defective equipment, misuse of resources, and water or energy wastage.
Record monthly water meter readings and support water and energy conservation initiatives.
Update maintenance records and ensure assigned PPM tasks in Side Kick are completed within schedule.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
