Regularly patrol all areas and buildings to ensure safety and security.
Address and manage the presence of trespassers or unauthorized individuals on the property.
Carry out security and baggage checks as necessary.
Monitor CCTV cameras and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
Observe and report any vehicle violations on the property, including parking issues, speeding, and dangerous driving.
Respond promptly to activated fire prevention systems, investigate causes, and report findings.
Address guest and staff concerns, offering first aid and casualty care in a timely, compassionate, and helpful manner.
Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with all departments.
Record daily shift activities and provide relevant information to hotel departments for follow-up.
Ensure compliance with all corporate, hotel, and departmental policies and procedures.
Participate in hotel committees as needed.
Perform any other duties, tasks, or assignments as required within the department.
