What you will be doing:
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of spa treatments and guide Owners and Guests in selecting and booking services
- Support daily Spa operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Curate the retail experience by recommending and selling premium spa products
- Assist Guests with spa amenities, ensuring comfort and relaxation throughout their visit
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation across all spa facilities; report any maintenance concerns
- Follow all departmental, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures
