As Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the pub, working closely with the General Manager to keep standards high, develop your team and drive business performance.
Lead from the front: Motivate and inspire the team to deliver excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Keep the pub running smoothly: Support the General Manager with daily operations, leading shifts and ensuring the pub is at its best.
Deliver outstanding hospitality: Make every visit memorable, whether guests are joining us for a meal, watching live sport or stopping by before a show.
Drive results: Help manage sales, labour costs, stock and profitability, spotting opportunities to make a positive impact.
Develop your people: Coach and support team members, helping them build their skills and progress within Greene King.
Maintain high standards: Take ownership of cleanliness, safety, compliance and the overall guest experience.
