- Confidently recommend customized retail products, homecare recommendations, and personalized treatment plans to enhance treatment results and support long-term guest wellbeing
- Identify and communicate opportunities to elevate the guest experience through treatment enhancements, upgrades, and tailored recommendations that align with individual guest needs
- Build meaningful relationships with guests by demonstrating empathy and understanding, encouraging loyalty, repeat visits, and long-term engagement with our wellness offerings
- Collaborate effectively with spa reception, fitness and wellness teams, and resort colleagues to deliver a seamless luxury guest experience and maintain operational excellence
- Maintain exceptional standards of treatment room presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations
