WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Legal Counsel, you provide end-to- end legal support for both digital and physical store expansion and portfolio of H&M Group brands in Korea. Be a reliable business partner by providing legal and regulatory guidance, including but not limited to labor law, employment matters, health and safety, and data privacy, ensuring that it is in line with local laws and company guidelines.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the business, partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, takes ownership of their work, and can operate independently with minimal guidance. Success in this role requires a proactive and positive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities. You will be part of a hands-on team that values integrity, teamwork, and a practical approach to solving complex business challenges.
This role will be reporting to the Controlling Manager.
