- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel. Experience with reporting tools (Anaplan, Tableau) is highly preferred.
- Travel up to 10%
Key Capabilities & Competencies
- Intellectual Curiosity: A natural drive to dig deep into the data, ask the "why" behind the numbers, and continuously seek out new ways to optimize financial performance and understand the nuances of clinic operations.
- Data-Driven & Analytically Oriented: Highly capable of translating complex financial data into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership and physician partners.
- Leading by Influence: Ability to build strong relationships and drive accountability with operational leaders (RODs and FAs) who do not report directly to you.
- Ownership & Accountability: Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of a Division P&L and drive profitability and growth.
