Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment and systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Inspect, troubleshoot and repair air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen and laundry equipment, and general building facilities.
Attend promptly to maintenance requests in guest rooms, public areas, F&B outlets and back-of-house areas.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working condition.
Identify and report equipment defects, safety hazards and maintenance issues to the Engineering Supervisor.
Ensure compliance with hotel fire and life safety procedures, health and safety regulations, and maintenance standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and equipment inspections.
Coordinate with other departments to minimise operational disruptions and ensure guest satisfaction.
Support energy conservation initiatives and efficient utilisation of resources.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
