Respond promptly to guest requests and internal work orders related to maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other members of the Engineering Team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and complete work efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, equipment inventory, inspection reports, and service records.
Ensure all hotel equipment, facilities, and systems are maintained in accordance with operational standards, safety regulations, and applicable requirements.
Assist in the planning and execution of renovation, repair, and capital improvement projects related to hotel facilities and infrastructure.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while strictly adhering to hotel policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical assistance and support to junior technicians and other hotel staff as required.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance concerns promptly and ensure a comfortable, safe, and pleasant environment for guests and employees.
