As Compliance AI and Technology Architect, you will shape the technology strategy and architecture that enables Bosch Compliance to evolve in a rapidly changing digital environment. You will connect business needs, technology innovation and regulatory requirements to create secure, scalable and sustainable solutions for global Compliance operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Own the architecture, governance and strategic evolution of Compliance AI and technology platforms.
- Design and govern technology capabilities supporting both manual and AI-enabled Compliance processes.
- Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across Compliance.
- Define and implement technology strategies supporting global Compliance operations.
- Enable the sustainable integration of AI, automation and data-driven capabilities into Compliance processes.
- Establish and maintain technology governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security and risk requirements.
- Translate Compliance and business requirements into scalable, secure and sustainable technology solutions.
- Represent Compliance in enterprise architecture, technology governance and cross-functional transformation programs.
- Lead complex global transformation and organizational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Compliance, IT and corporate functions.
- Balance innovation, regulatory requirements, risk management and operational excellence to ensure future-ready Compliance operations.
