Position Summary
Data Analyst with proven experience in data analysis and the development of reports and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards.
This role is intended for professionals who can work independently on most day-to-day activities and are able to transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions. The primary focus of the position will be analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data through reports, KPIs, and dashboards used by business teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and performance gaps through data analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve management reports and BI dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into metrics, KPIs, and data visualizations.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reported information.
- Monitor performance indicators and support business teams in tracking results.
- Conduct recurring analyses and ad hoc studies to support decision-making.
- Document metric definitions, business rules, and reporting methodologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and propose data-driven solutions.
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to business users, managers, and other stakeholders.
