You take overall responsibility for our Events & Groups department and, together with your team, ensure the smooth execution of all events. At the same time, you keep a close eye on budgets, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
You are responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of events, seminars, internal functions, and customer partnership projects.
You work closely with our internal Food & Beverage (F&B) departments, overseeing every stage of an event—from cost calculations and planning through to final billing.
Together with our Sales Manager, Mario, you manage our key accounts, build long-term client relationships, and actively contribute to new business development and customer acquisition.
Following each event, you independently implement improvement measures and handle customer complaints professionally to ensure continuous service excellence.
You stay organized and keep a cool head, even when every event space in the hotel is fully booked and everything is happening at once.
As a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels, you build strong relationships with our clients and ensure that every event becomes an unforgettable experience.
