Commercial Strategy and Business Models, Senior Manager

Commercial Strategy and Business Models, Senior Manager

The Opportunity:

Booz Allen has built some of the most advanced cyber and AI technology anywhere. Now we are commercializing it. As we scale this new capability, you will help turn the company’s most differentiated technologies and intellectual property into compelling, repeatable offerings ready for monetization, working directly with sector leadership on the offerings that matter most to the company’s growth.

As a Senior Manager for Commercial Strategy and Business Models, you’ll play a foundational role in shaping innovative software and IP-powered solutions into scalable, revenue-generating offerings. You will orchestrate across the sectors and pricing, finance, contracts, legal, and other teams to build commercial models, resolve gaps and dependencies, and prepare offerings for go-to-market scale. Pricing and packaging are important components, but the broader focus is commercial strategy, business models, and offering commercialization. For select high-priority offerings, you will partner closely with the sectors to lead commercialization end-to-end, from initial idea through commercial design and into go-to-market.

We are looking for a hands-on business builder with broad experience in commercial strategy, route-to-market, business models, pricing and packaging, or related commercial roles who can translate innovative technology and intellectual property into practical, scalable commercial models. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You’ll Work On:

• Advance the commercial design of priority offerings and produce the tangible deliverables needed to prepare them for go-to-market.
• Develop business models, offering economics, and pricing and packaging frameworks in partnership with sectors, pricing and finance teams.
• Orchestrate cross-functional inputs to help construct commercially-ready offerings.
• Assess competitor pricing, packaging, monetization models, and commercial structures to inform offering design and commercial strategy.
• Lead the commercialization process end-to-end for specific high-priority offerings.
• Govern offering structures, SKU rules, and the product and solutions catalog.
• Resolve commercial gaps, dependencies, risks, and approvals required for commercial readiness.
• Help improve and scale commercialization playbooks, checklists, and reusable tools across offerings.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in offering strategy, monetization, pricing and packaging, or commercial roles for B2B software or technology solutions
• Experience translating customer and business needs into commercially viable offering structures, packaging, pricing, and monetization approaches
• Experience developing and operationalizing commercial structures such as SKUs, price books, product catalogs, and standardized packaging and pricing
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, finance, pricing, contracts, and legal teams to bring commercial offerings together
• Knowledge of software business models, cost and unit economics, and discounting strategies
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience across multiple routes to market and monetization models, including direct, channel-led, subscription, usage-based, or licensing models
• Experience working with or selling to U.S. government customers
