You will monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment, boilers, ventilating and hot water heaters, pumps, valves, piping, and filters, recording readings and making adjustments as needed to keep everything running smoothly. This is a role for someone who takes pride in precision, reliability, and keeping critical systems operating at their best.

• Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials, and maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Oversee the activities of contractors working within the building, whether representing the building itself or tenants operating within it
• Maintain accurate records of building rounds, readings, engineering logs, and engineering data sheets
• Complete Critical Environment Operations & HSSE training, and ensure contractors are informed and knowledgeable regarding the building's critical functions and emergency escalation procedures
• Ensure strict adherence to MOP/SOP/EOP work processes, Critical Awareness protocols, technical bulletins, and established engineering guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret technical documents, and to solve problems involving multiple variables or options
