JLL - Senior Facilities Manager (M2)
Transform at JLL in our work dynamics division as a Senior Facilities Manager on a global client account in our Technology Vertical! Our client builds enterprise software, provides IT consulting, and sells heavy-duty computer hardware to help large companies and governments manage data, run hybrid cloud systems, and use AI. You would sit at our clients corporate flagship office in NYC.
Location: New York, NY 10010 (SE corner of Madison Square Park)
Work Schedule: Onsite, M-F 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Travel Requirements: ~25% to local client sites the NE region
Reports to: Regional Facilities Manager
Estimated base salary range: $145,300 - $178,100 + annual salary bonus
What this job involves:
As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL, you'll take ownership of comprehensive facilities operations for a complex portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring exceptional service delivery that directly impacts our clients' business success. In this strategic leadership role, you'll orchestrate day-to-day building operations while developing long-term facilities strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices. You'll lead a team of facilities professionals, manage vendor relationships, and serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters.
