In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of maintenance professionals, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards while managing day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and coordinate a team of maintenance staff, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all routine and preventive maintenance activities across the mansion property
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas requiring immediate attention
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and repairs
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
