The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Tradition Hospital is a specialized area within the hospital that provides care for patients who are too ill for a regular hospital floor but not sick enough for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As an RN on this team, you will specialize in intermediate-level care, monitoring acutely ill patients and providing specialized treatments and emotional support to help patients recover from illness or injury, all while fostering strong connections with patients and families In this role, you can make a difference in the lives of patients and families every day on top of enhancing your nursing skills through extensive hands-on experience, nursing committees and advanced education opportunities.
A caregiver in this position works nights from 7:00PM – 7:30AM.
