We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Sepang, Malaysia. - Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests, while maintaining a customer-focused approach to exceed expectations
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing coaching and support to develop their skills in menu knowledge, dietary requirements, allergen awareness, and beverage recommendations
- Establish and maintain comprehensive systems to protect, control, and accurately record food service equipment, conduct regular stock takes, and document any breakages or discrepancies
- Develop and implement weekly cleaning schedules for food service areas to achieve and maintain the highest hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about current promotions and are empowered to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining service quality
- Oversee accurate guest billing following hotel procedures, verify correct charges are posted, and resolve any billing discrepancies with transparency and professionalism
- Maintain clean and organized presentation of bar and restaurant areas by implementing and monitoring opening, closing, and daily operational procedures
- Coordinate setup and reset of conference and function activities as required, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction
- Assist with roster preparation and scheduling, ensuring cost-effective and suitable employee levels are maintained while meeting operational demands
- Analyze operational metrics and guest feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance service delivery
