Ensure all equipment is properly connected and fully functional before events or presentations, conducting pre-event checks and room setups against Banquet Event Orders.
Provide professional on-site technical support for VIP guests, executive meetings, and high-profile events, remaining on standby during events to resolve any technical issues promptly.
Assist and instruct guests, presenters, and event organizers regarding proper usage and operation of AV equipment, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of all AV equipment to ensure reliability, longevity, and optimal performance across all systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to microphones, speakers, mixers, projectors, LED screens, displays, video conferencing systems, and other AV equipment in a timely manner.
Diagnose faults, perform basic repairs, and coordinate with external AV suppliers or contractors for major repairs when necessary, ensuring all work meets organizational standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment while adhering to all health, safety, and operational procedures, including proper cable management and equipment handling.
Coordinate effectively with Events, Banquets, Entertainment, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure all technical requirements are delivered seamlessly and on schedule.
