In this role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to our guests, creating memorable dining experiences through attentive, personalized service and genuine engagement. Working collaboratively with our Food & Beverage and culinary teams, you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism, organization, and service excellence in a dynamic hospitality environment.
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, presenting menu offerings and providing thoughtful beverage and food recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are clearly communicated to the kitchen and bar teams
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail in presentation and service standards
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages, and provide confident recommendations that enhance the guest experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, complaints, and special needs, resolving issues with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and dining spaces, adhering to health and safety standards
- Manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining composure and service quality in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across Food & Beverage, culinary, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale systems accurately and securely
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, intuitive service that exceeds expectations
