- Set up, configure, and operate sophisticated AV equipment and systems for corporate events, conferences, presentations, and entertainment functions
- Supervise and mentor AV technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Conduct pre-event technical assessments and coordinate with event organizers, entertainment teams, and clients to understand and fulfill their specific AV requirements
- Monitor audio and visual quality throughout events, making real-time adjustments to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and decisively during live events, minimizing downtime and maintaining professional standards
