Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences? As a Welcome Ambassador / Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and professional welcome while ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
What you will be doing:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests and visitors in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
- Act as the first point of contact in the lobby, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
- Assist guests with directions, resort information, facilities, and services.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance when required.
- Support guest arrivals and departures by providing information and guidance.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas to engage with guests and offer assistance.
- Promote resort facilities, dining outlets, activities, and special promotions.
- Ensure the lobby area remains welcoming, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
