[Job Description]
- Join the Global Mobility Business Process Team as an SAP PP Process Consultant specializing in Planning process area (Plan-to-Fulfill)
- Support and enhance core business processes within Bosch’s Mobility Sector
- Focus on planning processes across SAP R/3 and S/4HANA environments
- Play a key role in SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and digitalization programs
- Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement at a global level

- プランニングプロセス（SAP PPおよびAPO）コンサルタントとして、需要計画、予測、MRP領域を担当
- グローバルSAP環境（R/3およびS/4HANA）におけるプランニングプロセスの支援・最適化・導入
- ボッシュのDX推進の一環として、SAP S/4HANAロールアウトおよびトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトに参画
- プロセスエキスパートとして、プロセスマネージャーや社内ITチームと連携し、プロセスの標準化・統一化を推進
- プロジェクトフェーズにおける要件定義、テスト管理、ユーザートレーニング、ドキュメント作成の支援及び運用フェーズサポート
[Key Responsibilities]
- Act as a Planning Process Consultant (SAP PP & APO) with expertise in Demand Planning, Forecasting, and MRP processes
- Support, optimize, and deploy planning processes across global SAP landscapes (R/3 & S/4HANA)
- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA rollout and transformation projects as part of Bosch’s digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with Process Experts, Process Managers, and internal IT Teams to drive process harmonization and standardization
- Provide support for requirements definition, testing, user training, and documentation throughout the project phase, followed by operational support after go-live.
