The Associate Cloud Engineer I will help support, design, and deliver technical solutions that keep AbbVie’s business platforms running effectively and evolving to meet business needs. This role is expected to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, partner with business and IT teams to deliver enhancements and integrations, improve platform performance, scalability, and reliability, support project delivery, maintain technical documentation, and help manage risk, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve incidents to maintain stable business platforms.
- Partner with business and IT teams to design and deliver platform enhancements and integrations.
- Support continuous improvement of platform performance, scalability, reliability, and overall functionality.
- Track project milestones, coordinate across teams, and support the successful and timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Maintain required technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and other activities throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Assess technical and operational risks and partner with business, vendor, and technical teams to support cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
- Escalate issues to ensure execution success and keep stakeholders informed through effective verbal and written communication.
- Learn, understand, and master new methods and technologies, and act as a resource or mentor for others.
- Adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.
