Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers, technicians, and other team members.
Provide technical guidance and resolve complex engineering challenges.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits.
Identify and resolve construction issues promptly.
Integrate sustainable practices and innovative solutions into project designs.
Evaluate the environmental impact of projects and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
