Program Manager, Production Technology

ABOUT THE JOB

The Manufacturing Team is responsible for rapidly iterating and building cutting-edge defense hardware, including static equipment, moving ground equipment, and flight vehicles. In this position, you will own large parts of the end-to-end production KPI tracking - enhancing transparency and generating actional reports to support strategic and tactical decision making. You’ll support increasing efficiencies throughout our end-to-end processes, all with a focus on introducing scale and resiliency into our growing people and tools footprint. If you thrive in fast-paced, technical environments and excel at juggling multiple responsibilities, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Consider the job as a “jack of all trades” type of role and be comfortable with various types of projects, some might be more dedicated to process while others are more dedicated to enterprise system solutions
• Be proactive, self-driven and relentless when approaching problems. Don’t be afraid to charge towards a solution, if there is a clear problem or gap with the work the team does, action on it
• Be a collaborative partner, someone who doesn’t shy away from brainstorming sessions but rather is excited to learn new things from your team and the teams you are closely aligned with
• Be comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment and be prepared to juggle a couple of projects at a time. There will be a variety of projects that can be taken on, and there is always an opportunity to dive deep or just solely “project manage” something.

• Assist in the documentation and standardization of business procedures and reporting protocols across production
• Be comfortable with the production life cycle and how parts flow through a factory both physically and systematically
• Serve as the liaison between the Production Technology organization and the Corporate Technology organization
• Production Technology is home to a highly astute group of individuals who own the end-to-end production process and its connection to Anduril’s enterprise systems platform. They translate the needs of production end users into clear business requirements so that what Corporate Technology (software platform team) can build what the operation needs.
